Prepare the Timepiece
Carefully pack the watch in its original presentation box, including all protective films, manuals, warranty cards, and any removed bracelet links.
Secure Shipment
Affix the provided insured label to the shipping carton and drop it off at an authorized carrier location, ensuring you obtain a receipt for tracking.
Inspection and Refund
Our master watchmakers will perform a quality inspection upon receipt; once approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
